Thanks. Once libusbx-1.0.13 is released, I may want to provide
one binary on top of libusbx-1.0.13 since it provides support
of libusb0.sys, libusbk.sys other than the existing support of
WinUSB. In that case, the users may be able to use the
libusb-win32 filter driver along with the vendor (eg: FTDI) driver
to use the libusb-1.0 API.
