That's the idea, so I added a line suggesting so to the NEWS. However,
there's no real default as an end-user has to choose interface config
on his own. Unfortunately, there're many "guides" on the net that
suggest building openocd with libftdi and then using the old driver
(and it gets way more complicated on windows).

What can additionally be done, however, is an informational warning
message every time ft2232 is loaded.
