i.e. only save and restore a tiny set of cpu registers needed at
halt/resume/step time...
and then user can request the full set (~60) through the 'reg force'
command later on if needed
turns out after testing that our halt/resume/step times are ok even with
saving/restoring full set at halt/resume...
so user experience is still good...:)
