Just like installing any other app, i.e. copying the
BOOTUPDATEAPP_Pemicro_v111.SDA file to the bootloader volume and
replugging. That file was available from Pemicro after some registration,
in the package Pemicro_OpenSDA_Debug_MSD_Update_Apps_2014_03_11.zip.

I just noticed that I can switch between the applications from Pemicro, but
none of the ones in the Quick Start Package, even the one with the same
name/version. I'll try the mbed too. Maybe I can downgrade the bootloader
if the applications depend on a specific version.

For me it worked with the older bootloader, but I also have an older kernel.
