Yep, that change looks ok to me, non-intrusive enough, and Andreas has
reviewed it. So I guess it can be merged now.

Yes, I surely can, everything depends on the maintainers, it would be
silly of me to hurry them up; I planned it on Saturday specifically to
have a backup opportunity of postponing to Sunday :)

I would very much prefer them to be merged as this change seems to be
doing exactly what's needed, matching the official arm docs. And also
it might improve multicore reset situation on lpc43xx, if you still
have some suitable board around, it might make sense to test it again.
