FYI, SWD support for J-Link is going to be merged shortly:

Flyswatter should already work with SWD if you source
interface/ftdi/swd-resistor-hack.cfg after flyswatter.cfg and connect the
target via a resistor as described in that cfg. Also, you need to
'transport select swd' before the target cfg.
