Uhm, yes, the bootloader pin (I hate that "feature" actually) is pulled up to 
VCC via a 10K resistor.

I can try measuring one, when I buy another JTAG-lock-pick Tiny 2 (or perhaps 
JTAG-lock-pick 2, heh - I really want that one).
-For now I use a CP2102 based UART-to-USB (those are a lot better than PL2303, 
and I believe they're cheaper too $2 per fully assembled board).

I have more cables from Kenable that I have not measured yet; I'll update the 
site, when I have more results. I need a male-plug before I proceed; it'll 
probably arrive in 2..3 weeks.
