Trying to push a patch for review and getting the following error message:
$ git push review
ssh: Could not resolve hostname ssh: Name or service not known
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
I have add the ssh public key, what am I missing here? This is the first time I
have been down this path.
