Just note that Gerrit compares the patched trees, not the patches
themselves. What I mean is that if a later version of a change is rebased
on top of significant changes in master, the compare view (both "file" and
"change" diff) will show all those unrelated changes. This makes it pretty
useless if you just want to see if a specific issue has been fixed.

So it's best to check that you're comparing against base before posting a
"hey, unrelated change!" comment. Been there, done that.
