Gentoo users can use -9999 version to get the latest code anyway, so I'm not sending any update requests there yet (if you think I'm wrong here, please tell me so or file a ticket yourself). Anything else we're missing to get wider testing? It would be really nice to shorten the release cycle. Would it be acceptable for everybody if we release more often (e.g. twice a year) with some incomplete/buggy features marked as experimental provided there're no regressions for the existing features?
