Your question contains too little information for a meaningful answer - I assume you can find the src/flash/nand/ directory by searching for "nand" on your own, to give you an idea of the available drivers. But for which board are you looking for examples? tcl/board/ would contain board configs referencing those drivers. Since you're asking on openocd-devel and mentioning code, I assume your not looking for command line examples but for config / code examples?
