Ivan,
K70 has a FTFE flash controller capable of block writes. It works fast
enough with register writes as already implemented.
flash_async_algo would improve programming speed of Kinetis MCU with
FTFA - all KLx, K8x, K22FN256, K22FN512, K24FN256 and KVx
See kinetis_read_part_info(), flag FS_PROGRAM_LONGWORD
