Hi, there's no publicly available information for JTAG on Atom at the moment.
Quark family is the only supported one on OpenOCD (having public debug operations documents available). Work on internal and public products for our MCUs which use OpenOCD is going full steam, soon a new series of patches will be published for review. Information on the Jtag ir commands and definition of the data to shift? There seem to be only proprietary debuggers for Intel available like ITP-XDP from Intel or Lauterbach. There seem to be absolutely no documentation on the TAP interface or its internals, except of the openocd Quark target... // Greetings Konrad Intel Deutschland GmbH Registered Address: Am Campeon 10-12, 85579 Neubiberg, Germany Tel: +49 89 99 8853-0, www.intel.de Managing Directors: Christin Eisenschmid, Christian Lamprechter Chairperson of the Supervisory Board: Nicole Lau Registered Office: Munich Commercial Register: Amtsgericht Muenchen HRB 186928 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What NetFlow Analyzer can do for you?
