Andreas, Jiri, thanks for your replies. You are correct that R33 and R15 are missing. I had read in a few places that TRST might not be needed, so I ignored it. If you are telling me it is needed, then I'll solder a resistor in.
For R33, all of the others in that line are just conductor bridges, so I can glob it. R15 and it's line seem to be 10Kohm. I will look into soldiering on a resistor there, try again, and report back.
