Minor comments on "libusb-1.0 drivers.txt" file
"libusb-1.0 drivers are required for:
- ST-LINK
- J-Link
- FTx232 adapters

You can install libusb-1.0 (WinUSB) drivers using zadig software from this link:
http://zadig.akeo.ie/";

For ST-Link V2/V2-1, the vendor provided driver is already based on WinUSB
and it should work with libusb Windows already without the need for Zadig.

This is already mentioned in README.Windows file.
http://repo.or.cz/openocd.git/blob/HEAD:/README.Windows

I am also now so sure why you want to use libusb-win32 just for R-Link.
It should work with WinUSB using libusb-1.0.dll as well. In that case,
you can reduce one dependency on libusb-win32.
