This is really annoying and confusing. Any suggestions on how we could

Maybe we could add a completely separate argument instead of a Tcl command,
something like -t|--transport <swd|jtag|...>? However it would be
completely different from any other configuration and not possible to write
in an openocd.cfg in an order-agnostic way.
