regarding e300/e500 cores, we should use mpcbdm as reference:

JTAG/COP for MPC8620, which is probably typo - MPC8260, from samilar
family powerquicc ii, while MPC83xx is powerquicc ii pro.

some time ago, i compared debug chapters for all mpc82xx and mpc83xx
and are almost same, similar are in qoriq p line (p1xxx and p2xxx - e500).
so we can assume, that 603e/e300/e500 have similar debug model, maybe also
ppc970 and hence ps3/xbox360.
