steps to reproduce:
download&unpack&cd /home/alexb/Downloads/openocd-0.10.0(1).tar.bz2
./configure --prefix=/opt --enable-maintainer-mode --with-sysroot=/opt --enable
-ti-icdi
then make clean; clear; make
