This will help to support the possibility of using usbdk
backend under Windows.

usbdk backend has an advantage compared to WinUSB that you
can keep the vendor driver (eg: FTDI driver (for VCP and D2XX
function and Segger J-Link driver for IAR/Keil ) and at the same
time you can use libusb/libftdi/etc.
