I tested this on `openocd` 0.10.0 installed on macOS with Homebrew. So I
understand, is the fix you referred to only in master and just not released
into a stable release yet?

[STM32F3DISCOVERY](https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32f3discovery.html)
boards include ST-LINK/V2-B which should use:
`source [find interface/stlink-v2-1.cfg]`
Without this fix, `openocd` will fail to open STM32F3DISCOVERY boards using the
`-f stm32f3discovery.cfg` configuration file.
I propose that either the configuration file is updated to reflect the latest
boards everyone is receiving, or else another configuration file is created for
this new revision.
