That's not a bug but rather missing functionality, cf.

I'll submit a suitable patch as soon I'll get appropriate hardware for testing,
but this might take some time ... If you can't wait, you could do it yourself,
it should be fairly easy.

Hi,
Have been getting an error which shows contents differ when I was trying to
flash my PCI-e Screamer card. I then followed the instructions to apply a git
patch to my openocd. The instructions i followed were at
http://blog.lambdaconcept.com/doku.php?id=products:pcie_screamer.
However, even after doing so, it still shows the error below. Does anyone have
any resolution to this?
