Kristof, If your build system is functional under windows, then all your needs is to checkout this patch from gerrit :
git fetch http://openocd.zylin.com/openocd refs/changes/34/4934/2 && git checkout FETCH_HEAD the checkout script is provided by gerrit ... If you intend to test the patch, please consider putting your review/feedbacks under the gerrit patch.
