The homepage on sourceforge has GIT access via 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/openocd/

There is also an official mirror on Github if that is preferred: 
https://github.com/ntfreak/openocd. 

Finally, you can selectively access the review tree via the 'download' menu on 
the detail page, as per this: http://openocd.zylin.com/#/c/5161/
