Since software reset doesn't reset the nrf5 watchdog, and hardware reset isn't
always available (and OpenOCD/JLink seems to have trouble polling back after a
hardware reset, no matter the delay, or whether srst_only or trst_and_srst was
used), it could be a good idea to periodically refresh the watchdog (activated
or not) while programming it. (Watchdog can be configured to "sleep" when the
core is halted, but not when OpenOCD's microcode is running, which leads to a
rather uncomfortable outcome.)
I join a proposed patch to do just that.
