OpenOCD has no way to select a particular *USB-Blaster* device, if more than
one is connected to a host system. Especially, `adapter usb location` contents
is not consulted by driver.
I've created a patch for today's tip *v0.10.0-1241-gdadf46f6*, that adds
`usb_blaster_port STRING` config option, that accepts string compatible with
[ftdi_usb_open_string()](https://www.intra2net.com/en/developer/libftdi/documentation/group__libftdi.html#gaae805b82251a61dae46b98345cd84d5c)
function.
This allows selection of suitable programmer via `d:bus/device` pair and via
`i:vid:pid:index` triple.
