When trying to use ITM with the STM32H743VIT6, the SWO pin would not generate a 
signal. After some searching and getting a tip, it seems like OpenOCD sets some 
bits that are no longer supported by STM.

When changing this line 
(https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/code/ci/master/tree/tcl/target/stm32h7x.cfg#l153)
 to 'stm32h7x_dbgmcu_mmw 0x004 0x00000007 0', then ITM works again.
