Would you mind sending a patch through gerrit ?
The process for that is explained in the file HACKING, and online in
http://openocd.org/doc-release/doxygen/patchguide.html
The version v0.10.0 is old, you should use the master branch. Anyway these
devices are not present yet, so your patch is welcome.

I'm using two variants of SAMR35 (SAMR35J17B,SAMR35J18B) which are not by
default supported by OpenOCD.
Adding support is super easy and as such I've been patching source and
rebuilding. However i thought you guys might want to know the solution to add
for others.
Currently the steps i go through are
* Checkout v0.10.0
* Modify src/flash/nor/at91samd.c appending the below to the saml21_parts
array:

{ 0x2C, "SAMR35J17B", 128, 16 },
{ 0x2B, "SAMR35J18B", 256, 32 },
~~~
Then rebuild and install.
I'd have created a merge request but I'm so use to GitHub not sure how to use
sourceforge.
