Sometime since 2019-07-17, a regression was introducted whereby the stlink
adapter is reporting as not supporting 'swin' transport.
**I installed the xPack 0.10-13 build:**
bdroy@bigfat:~/STM8-base/archive/openocd/xPacks/openocd/0.10.0-13$ bin/openocd
-f interface/stlink.cfg -f target/stm8s003.cfg
