OpenOCD can no longer be built on macOS after the 36ae487 commit:

__attribute__((weak, alias("workaround_createcommand")));

The OS is x86_64-apple-darwin19.6.0 and the compiler used is
x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0-clang .
