v0.11.0 was tagged on March 7th, which was unfortunately after the freeze for new package versions in bullseye by several weeks (that freeze started on February 13th). Once bullseye releases I will be making sure v0.11.0 is uploaded to unstable where it will then make its way to testing. J. -- Evil will always triumph over Good, because Good is dumb.
