Now it connects and can read the "capabilities" with cmsis_dap_get_caps_info().
The connection openocd <==> adapter is ok. Good!
But it always reads bits zero on the SWD connection.
It could be caused by incorrect SWD connection with the STM32F1, or the 
firmware running on the STM32F1 reused the SWD pin for some other function.
Please check again the connections, and also try to connect with the STM32F1 in 
reset (so the firmware does not start and the pins are in default state).
