You might want to attach a verbose (`openocd -d3`) log.

I am using Telink RDS program to make a project for the kit (tlsr9518fd80d), and i am using inserted tools (connect the target via ICE) to download the (.bin) code to in the flash. - The programmer is (tlsr9_dev_key).
