Is SEGGER J-Link software linked with OpenOCD ? I.e. is there any GPL code there that we can use`? Note that it doesn't matter whether or not the code *links* with OpenOCD, it can still be GPL'd because it can only work with OpenOCD. The GPL license does not mention linking at all in fact. Ref. Jifl's earlier comments on this.
