(A) Good: If enabled, aligned, and (size >128 byte) DCC use is automatic.
(B) Missing: There is no protection for over-writing it self
(C) Missing: There is no "upload DCC" feature.
(D) Missing: Abort handling.
For ARM7 - w/o VectorCatch - not sure - I have some ideas...
For ARM9 - w/VectorCatch - it is doable today.
For ARM10? and ARM11 and Cortex
Not sure - but I believe something equal to "vector catch" exists today.
