These should read:
jtag newtap $_CHIPNAME jrc -irlen 6 -ircapture 0x01 -irmask 0x0
jtag newtap $_CHIPNAME dap -irlen 4 -ircapture 0x01 -irmask 0x0
So where is the CPU?
Where is the ETB tap?
Where is the DSP tap?
Are there not more taps?
