Hello, I am trying to use OpenOCD trunk to talk to a MIPS target over an Amontec JTAG Key device. However, it is excruciatingly slow (roughly 5-6 seconds just to get through the initial reset and halt, roughly 1-2 seconds for every single mdw 0x..., etc.). It's pretty much unusable as a debugger. I have used the default settings, as well as played with the timing settings a bit, but I can't find any way to speed it up.
The same MIPS target is quite usable over a Parallel port wiggler cable. I was just hoping that the Amontec would speed things up... Has anyone seen this issue, or have any suggestions on speeding it up?
