Jungo (; BTW it's the same driver as AVR ISP MkII (STK500v2) uses.

the driver you attached solved the problem in no time (; i was able to 
connect to rlink and to the target, erase the chip, upload some image to 
the flash and execute some openocd commands via telnet session. thank 
you very much. maybe tomorrow i'll manage to get eclipse compile sth for 
cortex and try some debugging - i hope there will be no troubles more on 
my way (;

nah, that's not a problem, as RIDE (IMHO) is not very good [; eclipse + 
all other necessary files is much better and - most of all - free.
