Just a simple example, for the Piklab project, we have a short wiki about
usb permission problems here. And it indeed helps the user by a lot.

The main openocd site can help a lot here as well. Right now it is
rather empty.

Some simple articles/FAQs/mini-howtos will help the users by
a lot. For example, I support a small project pickit-devel. Occasionally
I wrote mini howtos and I can point the user to these mini-howtos.
