The other problem is the installed ftd2xx base. I think
it makes a problem to install a libftdi driver over an
existing ftd2xx driver. Before the user can use a new
windows version of OpenOCD based on libftdi, they must
deinstall the ftd2xx driver with FTClean. This is
possible and was working here.

But how does the functionality looks like if we compare
libftdi against the ftd2xx driver? Will the new high speed
hardware supported by the libftdi driver too?
