LPC176x parts seems to be in production now and are available to order (promised sample delivery in 2 weeks, commercial order in 4-5 weeks). LPC1758 (the only 80 pin package with Ethernet MAC) has somewhat longer lead time (6+ weeks, samples also take 6 weeks). The only thing I am afraid to some extent is possible silicon bugs in early revisions that might intefere with development.
