Thanks Dirk's comprehensive description.
Based on R2625 and jtag_set_error.patch, the establishment of jtag
session is fine.
I'll try to update the wiki after one more thing getting done.
That's the implementation of *step*.
Here is the log:

From the source code, it seems that target's state is not in halted
after resume from bp.
Did anyone try *step* logic before?
