Not quite the same thing ... that's a DSP-on-a-stick, with an on-board XDS100-compatible JTAG. That is, it uses a full speed FT2232, not high speed. If someone were to teach OpenOCD how to support that C55x+ DSP as a debug target, much the same code would also be able to talk to the C55x DSPs on OMAP1 and OMAP2 parts... 38-bit Instruction Registers and all.
