Building sources on Unix systems is usually trivial and pleasant. The same can't be said about Windows. This is why many projects provide Windows binaries and only sources otherwise. I don't think that would be way out of line if we did the same, given that someone is already performing that build and advertising it on his personal website. We could as well just put that package on SF.
