It must have been a LONG time since someone enabled that along
with PPDEV. It completely failed to build; fixed.
And more recently, the "rtck" command got lost in the rework of
command processing; fixed.
I wonder what other bugs are lurking there?
It'd be good if someone with that JTAG adapter were to take it
for a spin to see if it still works. Preferably with PPDEV
(on Linux) ...

p.s. If you do have that hardware and are C-capable, it would
be a Good Thing if you eliminated the need for its private
"rtck" command. There's a standard way to kick in the
adaptive clocking support, and that's not it. I added
some comments along those lines.
