Probably worth changing, this is how i originally wrote the driver anyway :)

it may even be a arm966e_write_cp15 bug.
The str9 has a bug that effects the fmi status reg if the TCM bit is not 
set.

This would normally be done by str9x flash_config, may need checking it 
still works.
