A two week push delay would indeed be a good way to essentially
prevent a wiki from attracting any users. ;)

What makes wikis work is the immediate-gratification feedback loops:
User sees something incorrect, missing, or sub-optimal ... fixes it,
so it's available right away.


However, the point for now is tracking bugs, and maybe feature
requests and planning, not wiki-ness.
