yes I write int micro's flash, and not into ram.

What look strange to me is that with other platform (say j-link/iar
under windows) performace are better. more than 50KB/s on the same PC
model, and with the same jtag adapter (j-link) and performing the same
operation (write into flash) on the same hardware (at91sam7x)
That tells me that the hw can achieve more performace then that I
obtain, so I was wondering how can I increase the performace changing
some software parameters or flags
