All what I found is a pure GPL violation (according to GPL-fans from this list) - those are OpenOCD binaries linked to ftd2xx.dll or OpenOCD binary dynamically loading ftd2xx.dll. Why should I rat anyone (remember, that I'd love to distribute OpenOCD with ftd2xx.dll) when - as I said previously - finding one of that sites is TRIVIAL, and yet no-one has done anything...
