Definitely, not a compiler issue I have flashed blinky.bin and other
files I was flashing many many times.

Basically when it died I went back to the previous project I was doing
to try out the board.

LM flash worked on blinky.bin
OpenOCD did before

Now neither works. I suspect the chip is toast. I was flashing some
USB example files at the time it died... but I don't know that would
make any difference at all...

Specifically I was in the middle of USB_HOST_MSC not working when it
decided to stop flashing. Flash endurance is way higher than the
perhaps 100 flashes I did.
