clock speed 1000 kHz gives the same results. I used 6000kHz before because it worked OK for SDRAM init and small files write. For the further tests I reduced to 1000kHz, and as I said - same errors. having in ming that CPU freq is 12MHz, 1MHz for JTAG must be OK.
